My name is Tom Dix. I was born and live in Walderslade. After 10 years in the industry I made the decision start my own property business.

Property is my true passion. From spotting for sale boards on holiday and searching online for the prices, to watching all the TV programmes and also appearing on them. I keep my finger on the pulse daily with all the industry news and love to learn from industry figures across the world. Highlighted with my qualification in the sale of residential property.

Early on in my career I remember very clearly a client told me that I had changed their negative opinion of Estate Agents. This has ever since been my goal for every client to feel the same way.
