Tom was exactly what we wanted in an Estate Agent. Professional, personable and able to contact directly rather than multiple people with an agency. He took on board the sensitivity of the sale and acted with integrity throughout the process with an outstanding result. There was very little to be concerned about due to the regular updates and guidance; when queries arose Tom responded promptly and efficiently alleviating much of the stress involved in selling a property.
