When we were first thinking of selling, we were unsure as to who to market our property with and were hesitant about estate agents due to a bad experience when purchasing our first home. We initially sold our property in July 2022 but our sale unfortunately fell through in November (through no fault of Tom’s) so he got us back on the market ASAP and we sold again in February. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and managed the solicitors to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. He was very contactable, even replying to messages during unsociable hours and nothing ever seemed too much.
