Tom has been fantastic throughout the process of selling our home. He has excellent knowledge of the Medway and Chatham areas and gives honest, clear advice and support. Always friendly and professional with excellent communication and after care throughout the process.

Could not recommend Tom more as an agent if you are buying or selling. As people always say get three quotes first when selling something but from the start Tom was professional, knowledgable and friendly and that was before we had even got to any fees. Of the three agents I had value my property Tom was the one who was best prepared and had more information regrading the current market and things I needed to consider before selling. Unlike other agents Tom doesn’t continually bother you after the initial meeting to see what you had decided and allows you to take your time and consider all agents who have valued your property. Once I decided to go with Tom everything has been plain sailing, my property was marketed and sold within a matter of days and all potential purchasers were vetted prior to viewings which means that no one was wasting anyones time. Since the sale has been agreed Tom has been invaluable and it feels like I have not had to do anything (apart from the normal paperwork) as Tom has kept me informed and has also been in contact with solicitors to see how things are progressing which means that this has been the most hassle free sale I have ever had to deal with. I can’t recommend Tom highly enough and it’s is really not like dealing with an estate agent but a friend.

Tom handled the sale of our house and acted superbly, keeping us well informed as the chain progressed. He even exceeded the ‘normal’ service by sorting out parcels etc when we had to travel abroad due a bereavement. Would have no issue in recommending Tom.
