I met with a lot of agents when deciding who to sell my property with. I can honestly say I knew in the first 5 minutes Tom was way ahead of the game. He is honest, personable and seems like he really cares about what he does. To be straight, he’s not the cheapest. I had a battle with whether to go with Tom (who I knew I preferred) or go with one of the cheaper agents. I’m so glad I went with my gut because he absolutely smashed it. You don’t have to chase him, he is there with regular updates and on moving day (a day for us filled with great frustration), he was on it. Me and my partner had the absolute pleasure of buying our first home through Tom.
