I hate estate agents! This was my opening line to Tom when I first called him, this was because we had been with a number of ‘regular’ agents that basically lied to get us on their books, then just sat back waiting for the phone to ring whilst someone saw our house on Rightmove. No proactiveness, no feedback, just ghosted! So my comment to Tom was justified on my experience and I set some expectations. Tom delivered these and beyond, he was a 100% different to the previous agents we had been with and immediately made an impact, to the point of months listed with the others turned into a sale in just 2 weeks with Tom. The service always felt personal, and messages/emails received whenever I asked what ever question regardless of time at night it was! If I need these services again, I would defiantly approach Tom, completely different experience and 100% recommended.
