I recently went with Tom Dix a independent Estate agent, when selling my property.
Tom was 5* from start to Finish, from our first appointment Tom went over everything, from what property’s sold in the area, he did a tour around my house and gave me my guide prices to what the property could sell for.
Tom made things easy to understand, he’s very polite, understanding, nothing was to much trouble for him. Even recommended a good solicitors to use.
Regular updates each week on wats app, which I found really helpful.
I would recommend Tom 100% to anyone that is thinking of selling there propery.
He helps, he listens, and he’s got your best interest at heart.

I recently brought a property using Tom. This was my first home and it was great to have such a personal experience to help things run as smoothly as possible. He was on top of everything the whole time and kept in contact very well with both our solicitors and the previous residence solicitors to help keep us on track. Not a bad word to say on the work he put in and would recommend to anyone else looking to buy.

After a complete failure of pure previous high street estate agents to get people to view we decided to swap to Tom after seeing his Facebook posts and very positive reviews.

What a difference!

From the start things were different, explaining a better pricing strategy in the current market and ensuring the house looked it’s best for the photos and video.

After a steady stream of viewings we achieved our target selling price .

Tom then keeps on top of the whole selling process, chasing solicitors and aiming to resolve any problems early on.

Tom will keep you updated during the whole sale and is always available and responsive.

I would highly recommend Tom if you are thinking of selling ( or buying) a property. His methods are a refreshing effective change from the high street agencies.

I chose Tom Dix because, as I had not sold a property for nearly 30 years, I wanted to have a more personal experience with only one point of contact. I needed someone who could give me up to date advice and guide me through the process. Tom did not disappoint. He gave me advice as to what I needed to do to sell and achieve the full selling price. The professionals he recommends are all efficient. The videographer he uses was excellent – made my house look wonderful!
I received 3 offers within 8 days of going on the market and I’m sure this was down to Tom’s advice and expertise.
He promised that he would keep in touch and he would telephone me or email every week to update me on the process of the sale. He would respond to my emails quickly .
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom again – but unfortunately I am now living happily in Cornwall so a bit too far!

We had several agents attend to quote re selling our house. Tom Dix was not the cheapest or dearest but came accross honest and decent. Due to circumstances beyond any of our control our first buyers could not complete the purchase and pulled out.

Our belief in Tom did not falter and in no time at all we had more viewings and multple offers. All at a time the other agents quoted as a quiet time.

Excellent service from Tom from start to finish and a lovely chap to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We have now exchanged and will complete on the 4th December. Our dream move can now happen.
