We’ve enjoyed living at this property for over 20 years, the local schools and park meant our family has been able to go to a public school nearby and enjoy park activities such as the public tennis court, open field to play football, a dog park and even Chatham Football Club which is slowly becoming an up and coming football club. Only a 5 mins walk there is a gym nearby for all sport enthusiasts and a further walk will lead you to the Coney banks recreational ground which will allow you to go on a long walk, jog or sit down to enjoy some sunshine. We are never short of options as we have a local corner shop to provide any basic necessities and further down you can order a decent fish and chips takeaway or go on a 20-30min walk and you will soon enough end up in Chatham High Street or take the bus which is basically outside our doorstep which can be a great option for work or if you wish to save on petrol.
