Tom is a very serious real estate agent. He always responds quickly to messages and has a very proactive attitude towards his work. The home buying process was smooth and I would recommend him to every home buyer or seller.

We initially engaged with Tom because we’d seen his board around various local properties and thought it would be worth speaking to him alongside some larger estate agents. Within minutes it was clear that we were going to select him. We were impressed with his professional and friendly style, right from the first meeting. He stood out from others and I am pleased to say that his customer service and professionalism lasted throughout the whole process. After listing our home with another Medway estate agent, we were left underwhelmed with the lack of communication and without a single offer. We quickly realised that if we wanted a prospective buyer to see the value we do in our home, we would need to do things a little differently… especially in the current economic climate.

This is where we saw Tom’s name frequently popping up on boards around Medway with ‘sale agreed’ at the bottom of the board; so we gave him a call.

Tom came to our home, instantly saw the value and discussed with us the data around the Medway housing market at present… it was a tough period but Tom had a plan.

Tom promised to pay endless amounts of detail in the presentation of photos and the property description; create excitement and traffic to the property posting and most importantly, keep us and prospective buyers involved and consulted throughout the whole journey. This in turn would increase our chance of an offer and at a good price point.

Tom kept to every promise, and more. Being a bespoke, one man band property consultant definitely set him apart and it was a joy to work with him.

I worked with Tom last year when I was buying my property and I have chosen him as my estate agent again whilst I am selling. Tom has been very efficient from the get go. I do not usually use the solicitors recommended by agents but on this occasion I was impressed by Toms professionalism so took his advice to use Burtons Solicitors based in Walderslade. An excellent decision as they have an App that I was able to you follow showing each step for both my property, and the property I have bought. They answer the phone promptly and always get back to you quickly with answers to any questions.

I have already passed Toms details on, as well as Ben O’Keeffe from Burtons. This is a new way to me to sell my property and would not hesitate to do so again should the need arise.

Just to add Tom has gone the extra mile throughout the process, particularly when liaising with the agent of my new property.

We were selling our property to buy a property through Tom, and honestly he went above and beyond even though he wasn’t our estate agent which was a well known high street estate agent, Tom’s commitment passion and enthusiasm was second to none compared to a our well known high street estate agent. The levels of detail and knowledge was incomparable, We generally can’t thank Tom enough for all he done for us. Although we don’t want to sell our new house ever, if we did we wouldn’t even consider another estate agent. He’s the most honest kind and trustworthy estate agent we’ve ever met.
